Cheao dump looks like there trying to do it up. It needs more than a paint job filthy carpets room not prepared. Very disappoitlntef i would go elsewhere

No one at reception had to call a number.Poor security at front door and antiquated door locks to rooms.Rough area to park my car.Hallway had full rubbish bags and dirty drinks glasses for two days.Hall and room stank of cigarettes and weed.Room was dirty hadn't been hoovered or cleaned.Stains on walls and floor covering.Lights not working.Mould in the windows and shower and on the wall beside the bed.Bathroom was disgusting no hot water for two days and sink plug didn't work so couldn't empty sink i had to use a plastic cup.No tea or coffee just sugar and a dirty kettle.Window didn't close properly.Little or no heating room was cold at best.Thin walls could hear every conversation.Room across the hall had it's door smashed in.The only nice thing is Tracey and Ben new all this and try to do something but the owner is useless.

Great food! The atmosphere in the bar is amazing and wonder full staff. Credit to the cleaner and thanks to the handyman sorting my tv remote imediatly!

The hotel staff are friendly. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is dated and the door would benefit from a fresh lick of paint. Fairly clean bit bf muck in the desk draw but overall clean. The bar and restaurant are run separately and the food is amazing.

Do not waste your money! We were in the 'comfort suite' and neither of those words can describe the room we stayed in. When we arrived there, we had to park in the public free parking round the back as the hotel has no parking. There was nobody on reception and it was all boarded up. After a wander round, my husband managed to find the manager who was sat smoking in his office upstairs. After the long walk up the grim hallways filled with old pint glasses and left over takeaways, we got to our 'suite'. The bathroom had black mould and hadn't been cleaned. The shower takes half an hour (no exaggeration) to warm up. The drawers and wardrobes were broken and falling apart. There's only two plug sockets for a family room. There's damp and mould. The bedding hadn't been washed and was covered in makeup and perfume. The carpet was filthy and stained. The door handle was falling off. I honestly could not be more serious when I tell you to pay extra and book anywhere else!
